We placed sticky back plastic carpet protector on part of our carpet upstairs. After its removal it left a dark, distinctive sticky residue, so we hired a well known, frequently advertised on TV, carpet steamer company to remove it. They failed, blaming several things for this including the A/C. Clean As A Whistle was recommended to us by Roberts Carpets. Your technicians arrived early and knew exactly what to do. They got to work straight away and even routed the hose and cable through the bedroom window so they wouldn’t spoil other areas of our home. They were 100% successful in removing the sticky residue from the carpet. Comment from Angie’s List- CAAW came out on very short notice in order to remove the carpet before drilling for foundation piers could begin in our living room. They took a great deal of care with our carpet. The padding was old and began to fall apart. They recommended and provided and excellent new padding and put in place, before re-laying the carpet. After we did a complete house cleaning, they came back out to thoroughly clean the carpet. They spent a lot of time with us- sometimes well into the evening, as needed. They did an excellent job of restitching the carpets, as well as cleaning. They gave me a discount- for Angie’s List and also because of the amount of work that needed to be done. They are professional, trustworthy, and know what they are doing. I have used them before and plan to continue using them for my regular carpet cleaning, as needed. They are a little higher than some, but worth it. I would not have trusted this job to anyone else.

Comment from Angie’s List- We needed an emergency cleaning in our large walk in closet after a major pet accident occurred. Clean As A Whistle was able to fit us into their schedule almost immediately due to a cancellation. The on site team was very professional and they worked quickly and quietly. When they were finished, the carpeting looked completely restored. We will certainly call them again when we are ready for whole cleaning for our carpets, rugs, and tile flooring.
